- Prepare and issue employment contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
- Review, update, and develop HR policies and procedures to ensure they are current, compliant with legislation, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Communicate policy changes effectively to all employees and provide training to managers on policy implementation.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and ensure organizational compliance.
- Lead or participate in HR-related projects as required.
