About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at Village Hotel Club in Solihull. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a vital role in ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Be a font of knowledge about the hotel and local area, making recommendations and solving problems with ease.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive guest experience.
  • Utilize your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Be proactive in identifying and resolving issues, ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.
