About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at Village Hotel Club in Solihull. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a vital role in ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the reception desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Be a font of knowledge about the hotel and local area, making recommendations and providing information to guests as required.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by participating in training and development opportunities, and by suggesting ideas for improving our services and facilities.
