  • HR Assistance: Supporting HR tasks, including maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment, and coordinating onboarding.
  • Communication: Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external queries, managing phone calls and correspondence.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records and databases with attention to confidentiality.
  • Support to Departments: Assisting various departments with ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, with experience in office management and HR tasks preferred.
  • Excellent organisational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office management software.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
