Key Responsibilities:
- General Administration: Managing daily tasks, including filing, emails, and reports.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Organising appointments, meetings, and company events, and managing staff calendars.
- Procurement & Bookkeeping: Preparing and issuing purchase orders to suppliers, and ensuring orders are fulfilled as agreed.
- HR Assistance: Supporting HR tasks, including maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment, and coordinating onboarding.
- Communication: Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external queries, managing phone calls and correspondence.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records and databases with attention to confidentiality.
- Support to Departments: Assisting various departments with ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, with experience in office management and HR tasks preferred.
- Excellent organisational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office management software.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
