Position Overview
Role: Consultant Psychiatrist in Crisis and Therapeutic Services
Contract Type: Substantive
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Working Hours: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert psychiatric care to children and adolescents facing mental health challenges.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.
- Engage with families and external health providers to facilitate holistic care.
- Participate in safeguarding and child protection initiatives.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of mental health services.
Qualifications Required:
- Full GMC registration with a license to practice.
- CCT or equivalent qualification.
- Eligibility for inclusion in the Specialist Register or within 6 months of obtaining CCST.
