Driver Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Boden Street, a Supported Living Service in the North West. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing physical and emotional support to our service users, promoting their independence and well-being. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that each individual receives the best possible care and support. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting with daily living activities, providing guidance and encouragement, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

We are looking for a Support Worker who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and support. You will also need to be sensitive and intuitive, with the energy and enthusiasm required to provide a trusting, stimulating, and varied environment for our service users. Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
