About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Driver Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Boden Street. As a Driver Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered care and support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Support individuals with their physical and emotional needs, including mobility and sensory issues.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals.

Requirements
- A Full UK Driving Licence, held for over 2 years.
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
