About the Role

We are seeking an experienced actuarial professional to join our Analytics team in London. As a Reinsurance Actuary, you will play a key role in providing high-quality advice to clients on their inwards portfolio risks and potential reinsurance strategies. You will work closely with our team of brokers, actuaries, catastrophe modellers, and other professionals to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on their inwards portfolio risks and potential reinsurance strategies
  • Work with multi-disciplinary teams to provide high-quality advice to clients
  • Use actuarial analysis and commercial experience to inform benchmark reinsurance pricing and structure complex reinsurance and retrocession programmes
  • Communicate effectively with clients and reinsurers to support reinsurance placement
  • Develop relationships with brokers, clients, and reinsurers
