This position is a full-time contract role offering competitive remuneration.
Strategic Direction:
Guide the strategic formulation and execution of facilities management operations, capital projects, and health & safety protocols.
Capital Project Oversight:
Manage the planning and implementation of the organization's capital program, which encompasses projects related to educational institutions, corporate facilities, and sustainability efforts.
Asset Management:Ensure that the organization's property assets are properly maintained, regularly inspected, and adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements.
Health & Safety Leadership:
Spearhead the development of the health & safety framework, including emergency preparedness and continuity planning.
Transformation of Facilities Management:
Innovate and enhance the facilities management service, with a preference for candidates who have experience in a corporate landlord framework.
Experience in Public Sector:
Extensive background in local or central government or a significant public sector entity.
Project Management Expertise:
Proven track record in directing complex corporate and service-oriented projects, including the management of substantial capital initiatives.
Financial Oversight:
Demonstrated proficiency in budget oversight and financial management.
