Renewable Energy Maintenance Expert
Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of diesel engines and related control systems in our landfill gas power generation facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and related equipment
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve issues
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless facility operations
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Proven experience in power generation, specifically in the operations and maintenance of diesel engines or related control systems
- Strong technical knowledge and skills in mechanical and electrical systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
