We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and staff.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading our equality, diversity, and inclusion agenda, ensuring that our organization is a welcoming and inclusive place for everyone. This will involve working closely with our staff, patients, and stakeholders to promote equality, diversity, and inclusion, and to address any barriers or challenges that may arise.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of our equality, diversity, and inclusion strategy
- Work with staff and stakeholders to promote equality, diversity, and inclusion
- Identify and address barriers to equality, diversity, and inclusion
- Develop and deliver training programs to promote equality, diversity, and inclusion
- Monitor and report on equality, diversity, and inclusion data
To be successful in this role, you will need:
