Job Summary:

We are looking for a Registered Manager with a Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification and experience managing a care facility, ideally in domiciliary care. As the Registered Manager, you will oversee daily operations and lead a thriving care team dedicated to delivering exceptional personal care services. Your responsibilities will include managing processes, ensuring compliance with internal quality standards, regulatory requirements, and the expectations of contract holders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations and lead a care team to deliver exceptional personal care services
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, regulatory requirements, and contract holder expectations
  • Manage processes and ensure they are correctly followed, controlled, and documented
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve care quality and service delivery
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality care

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification
  • Experience managing a care facility, ideally in domiciliary care
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a care team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional care services
