About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Platform area as a Pension and Investment Administrator, where you will be part of a fast-paced team within an ever-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all customer and IFA requests received via post, email, and reports.
  • Ensure you exceed required service levels within a controlled environment, while always adhering to regulatory and client requirements.
  • Work at a fast pace and with high volumes, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Build relationships with customers and colleagues through excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Follow processes and procedures, manage your own workload effectively, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and OneNote.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work at a fast pace and with high volumes while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and relationship building with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures, to manage your own workload effectively and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and OneNote.
  • Previous experience in an administrative and/or customer service/financial services role.
