We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pension and Investment Administrator. As a key member of our Platform area, you will be responsible for processing customer and IFA requests, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail, and maintaining excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process customer and IFA requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  4. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of work.
  5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a high-volume environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and OneNote.
  • Previous experience in an administrative and/or customer service/financial services role.
