We are seeking an experienced and skilled Removals Operations Manager to join our team at Red Recruit Ltd. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for the efficient management of our removals operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Manage Operations Department**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our removals teams, ensuring effective management of vehicles, drivers, and porters.
  • **Customer Liaison**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their individual needs and requirements.
  • **Vehicle and Crew Allocation**: Manage the allocation of vehicles and crews to meet customer demands, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
  • **Removal Diary Management**: Coordinate the removal diary, ensuring sufficient manpower and vehicle resources are allocated to meet customer needs.
  • **Administrative Tasks**: Manage daily accounts for customers, process operational paperwork, and perform general administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
  • **Proven Experience**: A minimum of [X] years of experience in a managerial role within the removals and relocations industry.
  • **Leadership Skills**: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
