Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist (Neuro Rotation) to join our dedicated team within the Division of Surgery at BHRUT NHS. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality rehabilitation services to patients with neurological conditions. This position involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes through effective physiotherapy interventions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with neurological disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary
  • Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and self-management techniques

Requirements

Education/Qualifications

  • Degree in Physiotherapy and relevant registration with the appropriate professional body

Desired Qualifications

  • Postgraduate training in neurological physiotherapy
  • Experience in a clinical setting focused on neuro rehabilitation

Skills/Abilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Experience/Knowledge

  • Experience working within a multidisciplinary team
