Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular assessments of learners' knowledge and skills in leadership and management, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help learners improve and achieve their qualifications.
- Offer support and mentorship to learners, helping them understand assessment criteria and prepare for evaluations, addressing any learning difficulties and providing tailored support to meet individual needs.
- Deliver assessment activities in accordance with established guidelines and timelines, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of learners' progress, assessment outcomes, and any areas for improvement.
- Participate in internal and external quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity and consistency of assessments, implementing feedback from quality assurance reviews to enhance assessment practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends, assessment methods, and best practices in leadership and management, engaging in continuous professional development to enhance assessment skills and knowledge.
- Management professional with at least 2 years of management experience.
- Experienced in delivering Leadership and Management apprenticeships.
- Hold an assessing qualification, i.e. TAQA, CAVA, A1.
- Minimum qualification in English and maths of a Grade C/Grade 4.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Full, clean driving license and willing to travel for this role.
