Tenancy and Neighbourhood Housing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Housing Manager to lead our Neighbourhood Team in delivering high-quality tenancy and neighbourhood services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of accessible and responsive customer-focused services, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Neighbourhood Team in the delivery of tenancy and neighbourhood services, ensuring that our customers receive excellent support and guidance.
- Take responsibility for the delivery of the Anti-social Behaviour (ASB) service, working closely with team members to ensure that policies and procedures are followed.
- Oversee the delivery of an efficient voids and lettings service, minimizing void turnaround times and rent loss.
- Develop and deliver a tenancy support service that responds to customer need, providing comprehensive assistance and information to support tenancy sustainment.
- Negotiate and monitor contracts for landscaping, cleaning, and other tenancy and estate services, ensuring that contractors deliver excellent standards.
- Deliver housing and tenancy services in accordance with our legal obligations, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support.
- Support the Neighbourhood Team in ensuring that our customer service standards are met and enhanced through feedback and service improvement mechanisms.
- A proven background in leading tenancy and neighbourhood services, with expert knowledge of relevant housing/tenant/landlord/ASB legislation, law, and good practice.
- An excellent communicator, able to work across all channels and develop collaborative partnerships with statutory agencies.
- A good problem solver, able to find solutions to support team members and colleagues to resolve complex issues.
- Experience of managing budgets and producing KPI reports and other performance data.
- A full driving licence with use of a vehicle is essential.
