About the Role

We are seeking a Visiting Scheme Manager to join our team at Clarion Housing. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our residential schemes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and report any maintenance issues, ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and meet the required standards.
  • Work closely with our maintenance team to ensure that any reported issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, local stakeholders, and other partners to promote a sense of community and well-being.
  • Provide support and guidance to residents on a range of topics, including tenancy management, benefits, and other related issues.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of property maintenance and management principles, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
