Visiting Scheme Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Visiting Scheme Manager to join our team at Riverside Gardens, Witney. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our residents, managing the general maintenance of the building, and ensuring the smooth operation of our scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the general maintenance of the building, including organizing repairs and maintenance of communal areas and the structure of the property.
- Manage contractors, including weekly cleaning, gardening, and bi-monthly window cleaning.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with residents, contractors, and clients.
- Be the first point of contact for resident complaints, leasehold enquires, or property alterations.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good understanding of building maintenance and property management.
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with residents, contractors, and clients.
