Cera Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Congleton. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to deliver high-quality care and enable individuals to live longer, healthier, and happier lives in their own homes.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and domestic duties. You will also have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our clients and their families, providing companionship and reassurance in a caring and supportive environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a kind and compassionate individual with excellent communication skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to shifts and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
