About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at Distinct Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our marketing strategy, driving business growth and revenue through effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and targets.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and measure the success of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the team's success.
  • Marketing Operations: Oversee the day-to-day marketing operations, including budget management, vendor relationships, and marketing asset management.
  • Brand Development: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Performance Measurement: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Senior Marketing Manager who can lead our marketing team and drive business growth. You will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, leading high-performing teams, and driving revenue growth.

You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills, able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. You will also have a strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
