Job Details

The Music Market, a leading electronic music label, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote our artists and releases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote our artists and releases, including social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with artists, promoters, and other industry professionals to ensure successful marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with our in-house design team to create visually appealing marketing materials, including posters, flyers, and social media graphics.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign results to ensure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the music industry to ensure our marketing efforts are always innovative and effective.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a marketing role within the music industry, preferably with a record label or publisher.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Passion for electronic music and a willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the industry.
