Home Care Assistants - West Lancs Area

Stocks Hall Homecare, a reputable family-owned company, is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team in the West Lancashire area. We provide high-quality care to our clients, and we're looking for people who share our passion for delivering exceptional support.

We offer full-time, regular hours with a competitive hourly rate of £10.67, plus enhancements for weekend work and a mileage contribution for drivers. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of shifts, including morning and evening runs, and you'll be responsible for providing personal care and support to individuals in their own homes.

As a Home Care Assistant, you'll be assisting with daily living tasks, such as washing, bathing, and medication prompts, as well as domestic tasks like laundry, cleaning, and cooking meals. You'll also have the chance to develop your skills through our comprehensive training program, which includes specialist courses in PEG Feeding and Dementia Awareness.

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about caring for others, have excellent communication skills, and a good sense of humour. Regular travel is required, so drivers are highly desirable. We offer a range of benefits, including fully paid training, paid DBS, and a pension scheme.

At Stocks Hall Group, we're committed to upskilling our staff, and we offer paid qualifications like the Care Certificate and Levels 2, 3, 4 & 5 diplomas in social care. We also have a rewards scheme, including vouchers and free spa days at our on-site health club and spa.
