- Analyse campaign results and media effectiveness to identify and implement optimization opportunities across all digital marketing efforts.
- Design and implement A/B testing and data-driven optimization strategies to continuously improve performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards with actionable insights on digital marketing effectiveness and optimization strategies.
- Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders (including leadership).

- Oversee data-driven optimization initiatives across global markets, boosting the use of analytical tools, landing page optimization & personalization techniques, and journey funnels for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Equip teams with the tools and knowledge to analyse data, identify trends, and translate insights into action. Share best practices through training and mentoring sessions.
- Empower teams to translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations for optimizing website marketing campaigns and delivering exceptional customer experiences for diverse audiences.
- Experience as an Optimization Strategist, Optimization Manager, or Digital Marketing Analyst, with demonstrable experience driving strategic decision-making that impacts business growth.
- Exposure to digital optimization, web analytics, CRO / landing page optimization & personalization, and SEO.
- A proven track record leading and executing complex data analysis projects.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global, multicultural environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to lead conversations around priorities, impact, and resources with business stakeholders.
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to drive alignment in cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and platforms including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Medallia, and basic SQL.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at translating complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with statistical techniques and hypothesis testing.
- Understanding of website optimization based on SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and maximize marketing ROI.
- Knowledge of campaign effectiveness measurement / digital marketing effectiveness.
