Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Product Management Associate to join our Global Post Approval team. As a key member of our team, you'll drive the product roadmap forward, execute on key priorities, and optimize and expand our capabilities to new channels, markets, and products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help define and support execution on the Global Post-Approval product roadmap, priorities, and growth opportunities.
  • Support and lead the launch of new product feature sets and capabilities, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Develop a keen understanding of customer experience by researching and analyzing user experience, data, and analytics to identify and quantify opportunity areas.
  • Translate technical specifications into business instructions and guidelines for marketing and other product partners.
  • Effective project management of features to ensure timely launches with the highest degree of quality.
  • Lead the day-to-day agile ceremonies with the engineering and product partners to effectively deliver on the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Experience working in digital product development supporting the launch of digital products, feature enhancements, or underlying platforms.
  • Experience with agile product development methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships across Enterprise levels.
  • Ability to articulate business requirements into user stories and translate technical specifications into business digestible instructions and guidelines.
  • Ability to analyze data to determine problems, opportunities, and prioritize optimizations.
  • A strong communicator with a high level of accuracy, clarity, and succinctness.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic self-starter who likes to take ownership, make things happen, and drive clarity out of ambiguity.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a business discipline; product development, digital marketing, project management, or equivalent experience.
