Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Business Systems Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing solutions to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that business analysis deliverables remain relevant and aligned with business goals.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to analysts, while taking ownership of your own business analysis projects.
  • Collaborate with development and application teams to enhance our application portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, providing information to the team and working with the business to understand our processes and practices.

Requirements

  • Ability to analyze information, identify potential improvements, assess risks, and recommend mitigating actions.
  • Experience in researching potential solutions that address business requirements and recommending them to stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex business analysis findings to senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Confidence in owning a workload and keeping relevant individuals up to date on progress, while identifying business priorities accurately.
