About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Business Systems Solutions team at bet365. As a key member of our technology function, you will play a critical role in enhancing our application portfolio and driving business effectiveness, efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with experience in researching and recommending potential solutions, including custom software, third-party products, and SaaS services. You will be responsible for producing high-quality documentation, providing information to the team, and working closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and practices.

Main Responsibilities
  • Business Requirements Analysis: Understand business requirements, using elicitation tools and techniques for effective information gathering from stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Inspire a positive and collaborative work environment through promoting communication and effective problem-solving.
  • Project Leadership: Lead projects from initiation to completion, overseeing the work of the team to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders from various departments, creating strong working relationships and providing guidance and mentoring to analysts.
  • Business Analysis Deliverables: Navigate complex and dynamic project environments, ensuring that business analysis deliverables remain relevant and aligned with business goals.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze information, identify potential improvements, assess risks, and recommend mitigating actions.
  • Effective Communication: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt communication style and method to reflect the knowledge of the audience.
  • Presentation Skills: Capable of presenting complex business analysis findings to senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Research and Recommendation: Experience in researching potential solutions that address business requirements and recommending them to stakeholders.
  • Business Process Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into clear and concise requirement documents.
  • Project Management: Ability to regularly switch context and retain and recall information swiftly and accurately.
