Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team at bet365. As a key member of our Business Systems Solutions (BSS) function, you will play a critical role in enhancing our application portfolio and driving business effectiveness, efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with development and application teams to identify and implement business solutions that meet the needs of our organization. You will be instrumental in researching and recommending potential solutions, including custom software, third-party products, and SaaS services.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with development teams to design, develop, and implement business solutions that meet the needs of our organization.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Project Management: Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that business analysis deliverables remain relevant and aligned with business goals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with analysts and other team members to provide guidance, mentoring, and support.
Requirements
- Strong Business Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze information, identify potential improvements, assess risks, and recommend mitigating actions.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt communication style and method to reflect the knowledge of the audience.
- Project Management Experience: Experience in leading projects from initiation to completion and overseeing the work of the team to ensure project objectives are met.
- Business Process Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into clear and concise requirement documents.
