Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Connect Central Recruitment Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of trades and labourers, as well as sub-contractors, to deliver a fast-track fit out project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the work of trades and labourers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including materials and labour.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in a fast-track fit out environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards.
