We are seeking a skilled Floor Supervisor to join our team at B&M Retail.

This is a permanent, part-time role that requires flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings, and at weekends.

As a Floor Supervisor, you will support the Store Manager in ensuring that our team delivers exceptional store standards for our customers.

You will also:

  • Support the management of our teams and motivate colleagues to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
  • Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills, knowledge, and training.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent customer service.
  • Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements.
  • Play a vital part in continuing to make our stores a fun and productive place to work.

Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, focused, and driven team players with a passion for retail and delivering great service.

It is essential that you have the following:

  • Experience supervising/managing a small team in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • The ability to think on your feet and motivate others.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • A flexible approach and a 'can-do' attitude.
