Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at B&M Retail. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service in our retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to provide personable, polite, and prompt service to customers
  • Act as a role model, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills
  • Be highly visible and approachable to customers and colleagues
  • Coach colleagues to ensure they demonstrate the appropriate skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with company stock control procedures
  • Ensure company property, cash, and stock are secure at all times

Requirements:

  • Experience of managing a small team in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong numerical and problem-solving skills
  • A flexible approach and a 'can-do' attitude
  • The ability to think on your feet
