Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Educational Psychologist to join our team as a Service Delivery Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services to children and young people in educational settings, working closely with schools, early years providers, and other partners to promote positive change and improve outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and support to schools and other educational settings on child development and special educational needs.
  • Conduct assessments and develop strategies to address the needs of children and young people with special educational needs.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective interventions and support plans.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of psychological services, including training and professional development for staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of psychological services and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • British Psychological Society accreditation or Doctorate professional qualification as an Educational Psychologist.
  • Experience of working with children and young people with special educational needs in educational settings.
  • Knowledge of the Children and Families Act, Equalities Act, and SEND Code of Practice.
