Senior Quality Engineer

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer to join our Transportation team in Buckinghamshire. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery and continuous improvement of quality standards across Kier Transportation Major Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead quality assurance initiatives and mentor teams to ensure alignment with client KPIs and internal standards.
  • Implement ownership of ITP Plans and their Checklists, ensuring compliance throughout the construction phases.
  • Develop and utilise relationships with Designer, Client representatives and internal stakeholders to deliver all ITP related aspects of quality and assurance.
  • Actively support the Section Quality and Completion Managers and Assurance Engineers.

Requirements:

  • Internal Auditor experience.
  • Ability to apply quality assurance knowledge to support teams, by investigating non-conformities and ensuring lessons learnt are communicated.
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills.
