Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to become a vital part of our Transportation division. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective delivery and ongoing enhancement of quality standards across Kier Transportation Major Projects. Your efforts will directly impact significant initiatives, contributing to the advancement of our transportation infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will spearhead quality assurance efforts, mentor team members, and serve as the primary contact for quality-related matters. Your focus will be on ensuring compliance with client KPIs and internal quality standards.

Your daily responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing the implementation of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and their associated checklists, ensuring adherence throughout all construction phases.
  • Ensuring that quality and technical assurance requirements are met, aligning ITPs with industry standards and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with designers, client representatives, and internal stakeholders to facilitate all aspects of quality and assurance related to ITPs.
  • Providing active support to Section Quality and Completion Managers and Assurance Engineers.

Candidate Profile:
This position is ideal for those who possess:
  • Experience as an Internal Auditor.
  • The ability to apply quality assurance principles to assist teams in addressing non-conformities and ensuring that lessons learned are effectively communicated.
  • Strong communication and engagement skills.
