Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to become an integral part of our Transportation division. In this position, you will be responsible for upholding and enhancing quality benchmarks across Kier Transportation Major Projects, including large-scale initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Quality Engineer, your role will encompass:

  • Leading quality assurance projects and mentoring team members.
  • Serving as the main contact for quality-related concerns, ensuring adherence to client KPIs and internal standards.
  • Overseeing the implementation of Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and their associated checklists to guarantee compliance during construction phases.
  • Collaborating with designers, client representatives, and internal stakeholders to manage all aspects of quality and assurance related to ITPs.
  • Providing support to Section Quality and Completion Managers as well as Assurance Engineers.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Senior Quality Engineer position will possess:

  • Experience as an Internal Auditor.
  • Strong ability to apply quality assurance principles to assist teams in addressing non-conformities and ensuring effective communication of lessons learned.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
