As a Personal Trainer at our Fitness and Wellbeing Facility, you should be approachable, confident, and outgoing. Whether you are an experienced trainer or newly qualified, it is essential that you hold a REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner qualification (or higher). Excellent communication skills are vital, as you will need to listen, understand, and convey information effectively.

Your responsibilities as a Personal Trainer will include:

Your journey begins here.

Salary is calculated based on a 40-hour work week, consisting of 32 hours on the gym floor and 8 hours dedicated to personal training sessions. As your client base expands, you will reduce your gym floor hours to maximize your earning potential in personal training.

During the probation period, all contracts will require a minimum of 24 gym floor hours to guarantee a base salary. Your earnings will increase as you build your personal training clientele and enhance your income potential.

*Personal training sessions follow a sliding scale; the more sessions you conduct, the greater your take-home earnings.
