**Job Title:** Registered Nurse - Bank

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Premier Court Care Home. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents and ensure their needs are met.
  • Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programs for colleagues and other care professionals.
  • Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident.
  • Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.

**Requirements:**

  • Valid NMC pin
  • Previous experience ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard
  • Confidence in offering clinical guidance to care teams
