Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Finance team at Bromcom Computers Plc. This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities to support our expanding operations during a significant growth phase.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and process invoices and expenses using Spendesk, ensuring compliance with company policies and proper authorizations.
2. Upload invoices and expenses to Sage 50 for accurate record-keeping.
3. Oversee wallet management on Spendesk.
4. Allocate cash transactions in both Spendesk and Sage systems.
5. Generate reports on departmental expenses for analysis.
6. Update bank reconciliations within Spendesk and Sage.
7. Assist in daily cash management and weekly cash flow reporting.
8. Support the finance team with payment and receipt processing related to My Child at School.
9. Provide coverage for various roles and tasks within the finance department as needed.
10. Offer administrative assistance to the finance team.
11. Undertake additional duties to meet the evolving needs of the finance department and the company.

Job Requirements:
This position requires a commitment of 4 days a week, primarily based in our offices.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Management Accountant.
