We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Programme Leader & Lecturer to join our team, specializing in Level 3 BTEC IT and Access to HE (Computing). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, leading curriculum development, and supporting students in achieving their academic potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver engaging and effective teaching across the specified BTEC IT and Access to HE (Computing) programmes.
  2. Lead in the development and continuous improvement of the curriculum, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and educational standards.
  3. Support students in achieving their academic potential, fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
  4. Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration and shared goals.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  1. A strong background in IT and Computing education, with experience in delivering BTEC and Access to HE programmes.
  2. Proven ability in course development and curriculum planning, with a focus on enhancing student experience and outcomes.
  3. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
