Kitchen Doors and Accessories Order Processor

Mitchell Maguire is seeking an experienced Order Processor to join our team in Bury. As an Order Processor, you will be responsible for processing orders for high-end kitchen doors and components, raising quotations from customer plans, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process orders for kitchen doors and components within the CAD system
  • Raise quotations from customer plans
  • Provide excellent customer service via telephone and email
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers to provide updates on delivery times
  • Assist with customer queries and provide support and advice on plans and designs
Requirements:
  • Experience in the kitchen industry, ideally cabinetry
  • Ability to interpret designs and technical drawings
  • Experience with CAD/3D Design software such as Articad, Winner, SketchUp, or AutoCAD
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Self-driven and results-oriented with ability to multitask
