Order Processor Wanted in Greater Manchester

KBB Recruitment is pleased to be working with a leading independent kitchen retailer to find an Order Processor to join their team.

This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, with a salary of £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.

About the Role:

You will be working as part of a small, friendly team who take pride in their work. You will be the main point of contact for customers in each area, as well as the external sales reps for that area. This will enable you to develop a solid working relationship with customers and sales reps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process orders for component and complete kitchens, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prepare and provide quotes to clients in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with customers to confirm product specifications and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain and update records, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
  • Credit Control.
