Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising and handling deliveries to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers
  • Replenishing stock, maintaining pricing, and implementing promotions to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and offering product recommendations to customers
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the toy aisles and surrounding areas
  • Collaborating with colleagues and management to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 7pm, with varying shift patterns and overtime opportunities
  • Ability to work independently, use initiative, and take pride in your work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Basic knowledge of toys and games, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills
  • Reliability, dependability, and a commitment to meeting deadlines and targets
