We are seeking a Registered NMC Nurse with experience of being a scrub practitioner in a theatre, or an HCPC registered Operating Department Practitioner, to join our team. As a Theatre Scrub Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the continual cleanliness of the theatre and equipment, developing and executing procedures for ordering, receiving and transfer of blood and blood products, and acting as an advocate for the patient in the intra-operative phase.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the continual cleanliness of the theatre and equipment
  • Develop and execute procedures for ordering, receiving and transfer of blood and blood products
  • Act as an advocate for the patient in the intra-operative phase
