This role presents an excellent opportunity for a qualified individual to become part of a vibrant team, offering a competitive remuneration package of up to £90,000 annually, commensurate with expertise and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive cost assessments for construction initiatives.
- Perform feasibility evaluations and cost-benefit assessments to ascertain project feasibility.
- Oversee project expenditures, delivering consistent updates to relevant parties.
- Work alongside project teams to guarantee adherence to financial plans.
- Review and negotiate agreements with vendors and subcontractors.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor project advancement and pinpoint cost-reduction possibilities.
- Prepare and present progress payment requests to clients.
- Support in the resolution of disputes or claims concerning costs or modifications.
- Remain updated on industry developments and regulations pertinent to cost consultancy.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in Cost Consultancy.
- Expertise in cost estimation methodologies and associated software.
- Thorough understanding of construction agreements and procurement methods.
