About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior User Researcher to join our team at EMIS. As a Senior User Researcher, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our healthcare technology products by leading, designing, and conducting research studies throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and design research studies to inform product development and ensure user-centered design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product designers and stakeholders, to align research findings with product objectives and priorities.
  • Actively engage stakeholders in user research activities and promote a culture of user-centered and evidence-based approach to product and service design.
  • Work closely with Product Designers to help embed rapid research and findings into agile teams and processes.
  • Align user research sessions and activities with product objectives and priorities.
Requirements
  • Experience in leading, designing, and conducting research studies across various stages of the product development cycle.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including thematic analysis.
  • Confident presenter with the ability to influence stakeholders to focus on user needs rather than solutions.
  • Experience within the Healthcare sector is desirable.
