We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our global IT team at Victrex. As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving enterprise-wide IT enabled business change through the analysis and interpretation of business functional and non-functional requirements.
You will work closely with teams across the organisation to identify business needs, analyse processes, and support the implementation of technology solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work on pipeline BAU activities as well as partnering with areas of the business to develop good working relationships with stakeholders of all levels.
Key Responsibilities- Define and maintain a business analysis methodology supporting the delivery approach used within Victrex.
- Collaborate with stakeholders throughout Victrex to define, quantify and prioritise requirements to best deliver departmental objectives.
- Lead the definition of requirements gathering, governance processes and performance metrics; ensuring adoption of these standards across Victrex.
- Establish and maintain an enterprise-wide business analysis capability, driving process review and enhancement requirements across the Victrex business by leveraging a high degree of analysis, provisioning appropriate architectural tools/services and use of external resources.
- Assist the Solutions Architect and wider IT team in solutions architectural activities across all system change projects and releases.
- Work with process owners to maintain business process models in line with the process architecture of Victrex, including sharing best practice in process modelling techniques and notation.
- Identify, assess and mitigate the potential risks associated with any proposed IT enabled business change.
We are looking for someone with significant experience in a business analysis role within the IT sector who can effectively lead enterprise-wide system state documentation and analysis. Previous experience of working with D365 systems is required. As well as knowledge of Business Process Modelling and experience of application.
The ideal candidate will have effective interpersonal and written communication skills with strong negotiating and influencing skills. Be experienced in collaborating across organisational boundaries and in developing Enterprise Architectural capabilities across multiple countries.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive starting salary ranging from £31,000 to £45,000 per annum, based on experience.
