The Internal Sales Team Supervisor will be crucial in leading and managing the internal sales team to meet and surpass sales objectives. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, mentoring team members, and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust sales background, outstanding leadership capabilities, and a strong drive for innovation. Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Oversee daily operations of the internal sales team, leading by example and contributing to collective results while providing guidance to ensure team members achieve their sales targets.
