Kennel Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Kennel Supervisor to join our team at Wagtail UK Ltd. As a Kennel Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily care and well-being of our canine companions.
Key Responsibilities:- Animal Husbandry: Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the kennels, exercise dogs, feed, and administer medication as needed.
- Enrichment activities: Plan and implement activities to stimulate the dogs' minds and bodies.
- Attending Vet appointments: Accompany dogs to veterinary appointments and provide support as needed.
- Administrative tasks: Complete daily paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the kennel.
- Previous experience working in a kennel environment.
- Competence in handling a wide range of breeds.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic IT skills and ability to learn new software.
- A competitive salary of £30,043.00 - £32,839.00 per annum.
- Fully expensed accommodation in France when on shift.
- Monthly travel allowance to aid with costs of travel across the Channel.
- A permanent contract upon completion of probation period and necessary qualifications.
