We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Executive to join our Email Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the accuracy and hygiene of the email database, maintaining opt-in practices and complying with data protection regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing efforts.
  • Assist in the creation, scheduling, and execution of email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor email campaign performance through metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Help segment email lists and maintain clean, updated subscriber databases to improve targeting and engagement.
Requirements
  • Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an analytical mindset to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging email content.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with CRM integration systems and customer segmentation.
  • Understanding of email deliverability and reputation management.
  • Knowledge of email personalisation and dynamic content strategies.
